Who handles your information?
Phoenix Park Bike Tours, operated by Seamus Hogarty in Dublin, is responsible for the enquiries and launch-update requests collected on this website. Use our contact form for questions about your information, and include your enquiry reference if you have it.
Enquiries and private-tour requests
We collect your name, email and message, along with any preferred date, group size or optional phone number you provide. We use this information to respond and discuss the tour you have requested. The basis is taking steps at your request before a possible booking, or our legitimate interest in answering other relevant questions. These enquiries are not added to a marketing list.
Launch updates
When you select the launch-updates consent box, we save your name, email and the time of your request so we can contact you about launch dates and opening availability. This use is based on your consent. You can withdraw it at any time through our contact form, asking to leave the launch list.
Storage and access
Submissions are stored in the website’s database, hosted through ChatGPT Sites and its Cloudflare infrastructure. The site owner can access the private enquiry inbox. We use your contact details to respond using our communication services. We do not sell your details. Hosting providers may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the service, including outside the EEA under their applicable transfer safeguards.
How long we keep it
General and private-tour enquiries are retained for up to six months in the site inbox. Launch-update requests are retained for up to twelve months, or removed earlier when you withdraw. Expired records are removed during routine inbox or submission activity. If a booking follows, any separate booking records will be covered by the booking provider information supplied at that time.
Form security
We use input checks, a spam trap and a short-lived, one-way identifier derived from connection information to limit repeated submissions. Rate-limit records are removed after their 24-hour expiry during routine activity. This processing supports our legitimate interest in keeping the forms reliable.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or request restriction, portability or object to processing where applicable. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful use. Send a request through the contact form. You may also raise a concern with Ireland’s Data Protection Commission.

Optional analytics and advertising tracking remain switched off. Cookie settings save your preference in this browser. Essential hosting and sign-in functions operate separately.
